At Pawler, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are pleased to offer a straightforward return process.


30-Day Return Policy


You may return any product purchased from Pawler within 30 days of the original purchase date for any reason. To be eligible for a return, the return request must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

We understand that some products need to be used before you can determine whether they are right for you. Therefore, products may be returned whether they have been used or unused, provided they are returned within the 30-day return period.


How to Request a Return


To initiate a return, please complete the Return Request Form available on our website. Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive an email containing a Return Authorization (RA) Number and instructions for returning your item. The Return Authorization Number must be included with your returned package. Returns received without a valid RA Number may experience processing delays or may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs


Customer-Initiated Returns

If you are returning a product for reasons other than receiving an incorrect or damaged item, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Pawler is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


Incorrect or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged upon arrival or different from the item you ordered, please indicate this when submitting your Return Request Form. Upon verification, Pawler will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.


Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an incorrect shipment or a product that arrived damaged. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.


Exchanges


At this time, Pawler does not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items


The following items may not be eligible for return where prohibited by law:

  • Gift cards
  • Promotional items marked as final sale

This limitation does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.


Damaged Returns


Returned products should be packaged reasonably to prevent damage during transit. Pawler reserves the right to reduce or deny refunds if a product is returned with damage that occurred during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.
