Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During periods of high demand, holidays, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Methods
Pawler utilizes a combination of fulfillment partners, including Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), to ship products to customers throughout the United States. Depending on your location and product availability, your order may be shipped using carriers such as:
- Amazon Logistics
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
- Other regional delivery partners
The carrier selected for your shipment is determined automatically based on the fastest and most efficient delivery option available. Some orders may be fulfilled and shipped through Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfillment network and may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging. This packaging does not affect the quality, authenticity, or warranty coverage of your Pawler product.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout whenever available. While most orders arrive within a few business days after shipment, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- High shipping volumes
- Supply chain disruptions
- Events outside of our control
Shipping Locations
Currently, Pawler ships to addresses within the Continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). At this time, we may not ship to certain U.S. territories, military addresses, or international destinations. Shipping availability may change from time to time.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. From time to time, Pawler may offer free shipping promotions or discounted shipping rates.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that may include tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.
Multiple Shipments
In some cases, items within the same order may ship separately from different fulfillment locations. If this occurs, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages. You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order ships in multiple packages.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check around your delivery location.
- Verify the shipping address provided at checkout.
- Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.
- Contact the carrier directly.
If you are unable to locate your package, please contact Pawler within 14 days of the reported delivery date, and we will work with you to investigate the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Pawler is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Photographs of the damaged product and packaging
We will review the claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on destination, carrier requirements, or applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to limit or decline shipments where required by law or operational necessity.
