90-Day Limited Manufacturer's Warranty

Pawler warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase.
If a manufacturing defect is discovered during the warranty period, Pawler will, at its sole
discretion:

• Replace the defective product or defective component; or
• Refund the original purchase price if a replacement is not available.

Proof of purchase is required to process all warranty claims.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects resulting from:

• Defective materials
• Manufacturing or assembly defects
• Product failure during normal intended residential use

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic scratches, discoloration, or surface wear
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper storage
• Accidents or improper assembly
• Modifications or repairs made by anyone other than Pawler
• Commercial, rental, or industrial use
• Damage caused by animals other than normal intended pet waste collection
• Damage caused by exposure to extreme weather, fire, chemicals, or other environmental conditions

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, please complete the Warranty Request Form on our website and include:

• Your name and contact information
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
• A description of the issue
• Photos showing the defect, if applicable

Our customer support team will review your claim and typically respond within 2–3 business days.

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps. In some cases, we may ask that the defective product be returned before issuing a replacement or refund.

Limitations

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pawler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products. Pawler's total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Some states or jurisdictions do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages or limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
